Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are processed by ASRFixit Mobile Franchise (“ASRFixit”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
1. Appointment Cancellation Policy
1.1 Cancellation by Customer
- Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled at no charge if done at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled time.
- Cancellations made after technician dispatch or at the service location may be subject to a visit/inspection charge.
- Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in service restrictions.
1.2 Cancellation by ASRFixit
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to:
- Technician unavailability
- Parts unavailability
- Safety concerns
- Unforeseen operational issues
Customers will be notified promptly and offered rescheduling or a full refund (if advance payment was made).
2. Advance Payments
- Advance payments are fully refundable if repair has not begun and parts have not been ordered.
- If special parts have been ordered, the part cost may be deducted from the refund.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
3. Refund Eligibility
3.1 Before Repair Completion
- If you choose not to proceed after diagnosis, a diagnostic/inspection fee (if applicable) will be charged.
- Any unused advance amount will be refunded.
3.2 Unsuccessful Repair
- If we are unable to repair your device, no repair charges will apply.
- Only diagnostic or inspection fees (if applicable) may be charged.
- Any advance collected (excluding ordered parts) will be refunded.
3.3 Warranty-Related Cases
- If a repaired component fails within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost.
- Refunds may be considered only if repair or replacement is not feasible.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- Physical damage after repair
- Liquid damage occurring after service
- Software issues caused by third-party applications or updates
- Customer mishandling or unauthorized third-party repairs
- Change of mind after successful repair completion
- Specially ordered parts (unless defective)
5. Refund Processing Time
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after approval.
- Processing time may vary depending on banks or payment providers.
- Cash payments (if applicable) may require in-store collection.
6. Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact ASRFixit first to resolve billing issues before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks without prior communication may result in service suspension.
