This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are processed by ASRFixit Mobile Franchise (“ASRFixit”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

1. Appointment Cancellation Policy

1.1 Cancellation by Customer

  • Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled at no charge if done at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled time.
  • Cancellations made after technician dispatch or at the service location may be subject to a visit/inspection charge.
  • Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in service restrictions.

1.2 Cancellation by ASRFixit

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to:

  • Technician unavailability
  • Parts unavailability
  • Safety concerns
  • Unforeseen operational issues

Customers will be notified promptly and offered rescheduling or a full refund (if advance payment was made).

2. Advance Payments

  • Advance payments are fully refundable if repair has not begun and parts have not been ordered.
  • If special parts have been ordered, the part cost may be deducted from the refund.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

3. Refund Eligibility

3.1 Before Repair Completion

  • If you choose not to proceed after diagnosis, a diagnostic/inspection fee (if applicable) will be charged.
  • Any unused advance amount will be refunded.

3.2 Unsuccessful Repair

  • If we are unable to repair your device, no repair charges will apply.
  • Only diagnostic or inspection fees (if applicable) may be charged.
  • Any advance collected (excluding ordered parts) will be refunded.

3.3 Warranty-Related Cases

  • If a repaired component fails within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost.
  • Refunds may be considered only if repair or replacement is not feasible.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Physical damage after repair
  • Liquid damage occurring after service
  • Software issues caused by third-party applications or updates
  • Customer mishandling or unauthorized third-party repairs
  • Change of mind after successful repair completion
  • Specially ordered parts (unless defective)

5. Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after approval.
  • Processing time may vary depending on banks or payment providers.
  • Cash payments (if applicable) may require in-store collection.

6. Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact ASRFixit first to resolve billing issues before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks without prior communication may result in service suspension.
